Geppert Rodiak is the other Lieutenant the cultist cell does have. Geppert is more cunning than Morena, while physically weaker. Baltram has high hopes for him as Geppert is a quick learner of the liturgies and ceremonies that worship the Nameless One and could soon step up in Leadership. This would free up Baltram to move on to the next city to spread the cult.
Geppert was born in the city and knows every quarter, especially the shady ones. Driven by avarice he entered the sewers and ended up joining the cult and raising in the ranks. During the traditional self mutilations he carefully avoided damage to visible skin. This allows him to wander the streets without raising suspicions and made him the link to normal criminals in the city where a lot of the other cultists hide from society.
As he is the social face of the cult he would also be the one to monitor their enemies. His unremarkable appearance and his disguise, stealth and streetwise skills make him ideal in surveillance and shadowing.
