This was basically a commission: someone in the largest German TDE forums asked what stats we would recommend for a guild mage apprentice. I explained how I generally approach this. Depending on the age I start with an intuitive mage, then a reduced version where they haven’t learned all that they need to complete the training.
I asked for more details and he was looking for someone from the Nostrian Academy of Light and Darkness of half-Elven heritage and just 16 years old at the time. Obviously 3 full years before completing the academy she doesn’t have a mage staff yet but had some very little training in fighting with a non magical staff. I also removed the more complex spells, arguing that those are only learned later. She was supposed to have a practical side and some nature skills, which matches quite good with the skill profile of the academy. Clothworking sounded nice and explained nicely the embroidery she wears despite not yet being a full guildmage. In the future she could perhaps weave ancestor glyphs into her clothes?
