Session 6 (The Chase Continues)
Decisions had to be made. Eolan is weak and unconscious, the heroes can’t leave him and taking him with them to hunt the escapee would slow them down. Hluthar decides to take Eolan with a cart to Honeyngton westwards, while the other three will follow Mara and her new willing servant Nitor to the east.
With only one cart available and a cart actually being not quicker than walking, Halvar, Barukh and Savertin try to catch up with their coach on foot. Jora would scout the road ahead and at each settlement the heroes would ask about the coach and its whereabouts.
Even on a forced march the 2 hours headstart Mara has are only becoming more. When they reach Dukesford in the late afternoon of the next day, they quickly find out that the coach was seen in the morning hours.
Our heroes try to solicit help, but the blessed of Praios in Dukesford is not convinced they really uncovered a cult of followers of the nameless god. A day later they reached the town of Nembutal, at the crossroads where the road from Honeyngton meets a north/south larger road and a small road further east into the Kosch mountains. The blessed of Praios there was still a bit reserved about the story the heroes tell him though he would inform his higher ups in Elenvina to investigate the farm. Real help they would find from the blessed of Hesinde.
