Kalman Gerrich is old, but his fingers are still nimble. And he has the experience of treating wounded for more than 5 decades. Not a combat encounter but an option if your players need some healing and you find a blessed one or spellcaster implausible (or just want your heroes to spend a little longer in that small town)
