His Witch
Imelda is the witch that cast the permanent curse on Drego and the reason his henchmen eventually turned up at his doorstep to stop the witch. She lives there too, as she is his loving wife.
Love made her overlook her husbands evil antics for a while but eventually she wanted him to stop and become good. The subtle way she chose was to curse his evil plans literally. It was easy for her to collect some hair of his and then one night cast the curse.
In addition to the bad luck curse she uses her spells to work in the background against his evil plans. As she has no familiar and no red hair, she is less obvious than the typical witch, though she still attends Witches Nights with her literal broomstick.
