Orcs are not a species of only warriors, chieftains and shamans, though that is what most humans come into contact with.
It does not help that the Orcs themselves have a rather strict caste system that views the lower castes in disdain:
Harordak are the leaders of a clan or tribe and usually mean the chieftain and the shaman, occasionally including priests of Gravesh, the orcish version of Ingerimm.
Okwach are mainly the elite warriors but also the best hunters and craftsmen
Khurkach are warriors and hunters.
Drasdech are craftsmen.
Grishik are farmers.
Ergoch are slaves, often including prisoners of war from other species*.
Yurach are the outcast and most Orcs encountered south of their settlement area are Yurach that band together or join bandit groups.
*please note that Orcs consider female Orcs to be a separate species of „animals that birth Orcs“ and they belong to the chieftain, who may loan them to his Okwach as reward.
This makes life for the female Orc Copperpelt not easy, she already has given birth to 5 orc babies from the chieftain and two of his best Okwach. Orks mature much quicker than humans, grown up in their early teens and considered old by the time they reach their fourties‘.
Being owned by the chieftain gives her some informal status and protection from leary Khurkach but she is still very much objectified.
