We stay maritime with a young ambitious captain of the Horasian Empire Vessel Sealion. Lelia ya Tarcallo started her naval career at the Count-Eolan University in Methumis studying navigation and warfare. After some years as navigator and commanding officer of a marine detachment she  recently gained her first command. The HEV Sealion is a Schivonella type of ship, a fast mix of a Caravelle and a Galleon, one of the fastest ships in the fleet, but that is also a result of having less armaments and marines on board. The main purpose of the HEV Sealion is to relay messages and perhaps courier small but urgent cargoes between the colonies of the empire in the southern sea. Or act as picket vessel for a larger fleet. And it’s one of the few ships that can match a Dhow‘s agility, one of the types favoured by pirates.
