When thinking about knowledge most associate Guild Mages or Blessed of Hesinde or Nandus, but especially in the Middenrealm and Horasian Empire Scholars are quite common. And as they don’t waste time learning spells or liturgies they are even more focused on their knowledge skills and can easier become the authority in their field.

Annan Torese from the University of Methumis is a Mythologer and well travelled from Fjarning barbarian tribes in the North to the Moha tribes in the south, spending months and years to learn their customs and then return to the civilised realms to present his findings and write books about them.

If the Heroes ask what is happening in town, they might come across posters advertising a lecture series. Or they might be in need of a language/scripture expert.

As Adnan is not a fighter or the most physical person, he might also look for guardians on his next expedition.
